Winter is Here.

Winter has Arrived!

Snow may be beautiful, but when it creates treacherous conditions it can be a major headache! The holiday season is hectic enough without having to worry about maintaining clear driveway, walkways or commercial lots. A.B.W. Landscaping, LLC can help keep your family, friends and employees safe. We offer residential, commercial and industrial snow removal and salt application.

Fall is in the Air.

The recent cool temperatures are a reminder that summer won’t last forever.

The Tropical-looking elephant ear (colocasia) plant pictured above is a great example of a plant that needs special care to survive the Ohio winter. All summer long, elephant ears add exotic beauty to a landscape, but they cannot survive freezing temperatures and they must be cut back, dug up and stored indoors.

Cooler weather doesn’t mean you have to stay indoors, however.

A fire pit is a great way to keep warm and create memories with your family and friends as the temperature begins to drop.

You can almost smell the spiced cider and s’mores!

In this hectic, fast paced world we live in, it can be hard to slow down and connect with the people who are important to you. The magical thing about a fire is the way it creates a golden aura of light and warmth, a focal point that draws people in for those special moments.

Landscape beds, lawns, patios, and pergolas all serve to make your living space expansive. Family and friends can spread out and socialize, children can run and play.  A fire pit, however, shrinks the world down to an intimate circle.

Before electronic screens became the default family past time, people gathered around the fire and got to know each other, not streaming videos.

Make your fire pit a screen-free zone, and be prepared to be amazed by the joys of life beyond the smart phone or tablet.

Things are Heating Up.

Summer is nearly here!

The weather is getting warmer, the days longer and the outdoors greener.

We are in the midst of many exciting projects for our customers throughout Ohio. New lawns, patios, complete landscapes and more have us busy!

The final result of one of our projects is a lasting and beautiful addition to your home or business that once complete, looks almost effortless in execution. But much like a great musician makes playing guitar look easy, quality landscape design and installation requires experience and skill. In the end, your outdoor project should work in harmony with its surroundings and be a graceful part of your total property.

At A.B.W. Landscaping, LLC, Nate’s artistic background and passion for nature is combined with design experience and know-how of materials and plants to create the most enchanting results possible.  Too often, people hire lawn maintenance companies to do the work of a landscape designer, and the result is an expensive disappointment.

Rules for good design are universal, whether it is a landscape or line drawing.

Before you hire a company to build your dreams, be sure they have the right creative eye and technical skill to design and install a truly mesmerizing outdoor feature.

After the Storm.

After 24 hours of plowing and spreading salt, the new addition to the A.B.W. fleet is ready for a bath!

At A.B.W. Landscaping, LLC, our three most valuable assets are our customers, staff and equipment. Essential to continued success is our constant investment in all three.

Purchased new in 2017, our Ford F-550 XL Super Duty dump truck is dependable and productive all year long. With snow storms still occurring, it is configured for serious snow removal, with an 9.5′ plow and a 10,000 pound capacity for bulk salt spreading. With spring on the horizon, soon the plow and salt spreader come off, and it will be ready to deliver materials for our projects throughout Northern Ohio.
