A few pictures from phase two of a multi-year project. Last year saw the installation of the upper patio. Among the highlights of the work this year was the placement of sandstone outcroppings to create a terraced effect off of the patio, and to define the lake beach area.

Below are some images of prep work for a brick sidewalk. Keeping in the spirit of this historic home, the client has chosen a beautiful clay paver from Belden. This Regimental Red brick, with chamfered edges and spacing lugs is a modern product that gives the look and feel of age, with the performance of modern technology. Bricks, unlike concrete pavers, are homogeneous throughout. This means that as they wear, the color and texture remains consistent. Truly the perfect choice for both the present and the future.

The slideshow below shows stage one of a multi-year project. The goal for fall 2018 was to make the initial improvements to the rear exit of the house. After raising the grade and constructing a large retaining wall, a wonderful outdoor living area was created. The multilevel patio is complete with pergola, gas fire pit, built-in grill and bar area. The next stage will involve extending out further into the yard and connecting the new patio to a planned in-ground pool.
We work with clients to come up with a design and construction schedule that fits their exact needs. We have the necessary project management skills to ensure that complex jobs are headache free for you.
